Each week our artisan genuinely handcrafts and fabricates a limited production of our wagyu beef jerky with a great deal of pride and without machinery - with one exception, the Southern Pride Rotisserie Smoker.  We don't make a lot of beef jerky, but what we do make is The Best Beef Jerky on either side of the Pecos River!

#91 RESERVE | MEMBERS have first right of refusal on the first 100 bags of Wagyu Beef Jerky #91, prior to being released to non-members.

FRESH JERKY is available on Saturday via PICK UP locally or ONLINE inventory is uploaded and available at 12p on Saturdays - while supplies last.
