Purebred and Full Blood WAGYU beef has the lowest cholesterol of any kind of meat, including Salmon, due to the high ratio of monounsaturated fat – to saturated fat.

Wagyu 99 has significant amounts of Oleic acid coupled with high levels of Conjugated Linoleic acid to reduce risk and help fight:  Cancer, Heart disease and Diabetes.
